A Benign Story
On
a bright sunny day in the month of April 1996, a shrewd and charming personality,
Mr.A.Sowdath Farhan from a family of book lovers, voraciously joined as Managing
Partner at National Book House, Triplicane, Chennai. A rich experience gained at,
made him to start a new show room by joining hands with his own brothers and named
it as
National Book Traders, at Natesan Street, T. Nagar, Chennai – 600 017.
NBT’s trend of hospitality has not changed right from the day of inception and continues
with the precious experience what he has gained out, projects it in an attractive
manner with humble manners, and positively customers could not wipe out from their
mind.

The Back office was established in July 2003 in order to process the orders and
regularize the supplies to the valuable customers.
National Book Traders is the Chennai’s largest educational and professional books
suppliers. NBT have a wide range of business activities like retailing, distribution
of books of various publishers and library books supply. With the Head quarters
at T.Nagar, a branch at Mount Road, in the heart of the city, an extensive & excellent
marketing network and strong and committed sales force, to cover the entire Tamil
Nadu. To meet the local market engineering books requirements, an engineering books
center by name Classic Book Centre was opened at T.Nagar in Jan 2004.
